Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Home Jewels Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once 14 days have gone by, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
