Here, you’ll find the perfect scents to reflect your personality, mood, and style.
Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn

Never leave a burning candle unattended

Keep candles out of reach of children or pets

Never burn a candle on or near anything that may catch fire

Do not touch the candle when it's lit - the jar can get very hot and may result in injury

If your candle starts to flicker or smoke, extinguish the flame, let the wax and wick cool down and then trim the wick
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once 14 days have gone by, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
