We're happy to provide this optional service for you, so you can reuse your favourite candles; therefore reducing waste and helping our environment. You can also make this even more sustainable by cleaning the jar you would like to refill before returning it!


You are responsible for ensuring your candle jars arrive in a reusable condition so please ensure they are packaged properly as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit.


Refills are made to order so please allow 3-4 working days for delivery of your candles.

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return and/or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

    If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

    Once 14 days have gone by, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    ​If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

    ​Late or missing refunds 

    ​If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
